Sweet Curry Chicken & Rice

  1. Prepare MINUTE RICE as directed
  2. Dump a can or packet of CHICKEN into pan
  3. Add BROWN SUGAR to desired sweetness
  4. Add CURRY POWDER to desired tanginess
  5. Add a can of whole kernel CORN
  6. Add OLIVE OIL and saute mix until warm
  7. Stir all ingredients and place over RICE
  8. Enjoy!

**Consider cooking this mix in the CHICKEN JUICE from the packet for a “stew” variation.
