1. Prepare instant PANCAKE MIX as directed
2. Add Nestle Tollhouse CHOCOLATE CHIPS
3. Thoroughly mix CHIPS with batter
4. Heat a non-stick pan, add OLIVE OIL
5. Drizzle in a 1/3 cup of PANCAKE MIX
6. Cook pancake until bubbles appear
7. Flip to other side and brown
8. Carefully remove pancake from pan
9. Repeat until all batter has been used
10. Enjoy the fresh, gooey pancakes!

**Be careful: the non-stick pan ends up being very, very hot.  Don’t burn yourself.
